Senior Architectural Supervisor

• To carry out site works according to micro scheduling
• To ensure site carry out according to daily site coordination.
• To conduct internal quality and pre-inspection with subcon.
• Inventory check on daily basis.
• Planning and manage site storage.
• To manage and liaise with workers.
• Control and minimize wastages.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
• To execute trade demo.
• Coordinate with the subcon and to ensure that all defects are rectified with quality.
• Update the progress of architectural works for quantity surveyors and the PM.
• Coordinate the subcontractors work to avoid conflicts amongst the subcontractors.
• Planning delivery materials to the designated location.
• To carry out any other works as instructed by Snr. Struc. Supervisor
• Receiving structural materials from suppliers.
• To keep site records (daily journal, concrete cubes, DO, etc.)
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Preferably completed QM project and registered as Coretrade foremen.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
• Able to work in team and cope in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualification of certificates in structural and architectural discipline (eg: NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
