Job Responsibilities:
- Involves site supervision, drawing management, and coordinating between architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure architectural works comply with design intent, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Supervise the progress of architectural work on-site and ensure proper sequencing and execution of tasks by subcontractors
- Attending meetings, resolving technical issues, preparing progress reports, managing material requisitions, and overseeing the quality and timely execution of architectural tasks on a building project.
- Communicate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and site issues, and facilitate communication.
- Assist in managing project schedules, timelines, and deliverables for architectural works, ensuring timely progress.
- Monitor and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure they are executed according to design intent, specifications, and drawings.
- Ensure that architectural designs and site works comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary architectural documents, including construction method statements, technical proposals, and regulatory submissions.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
