We are seeking a passionate Senior Architectural Designer with strong knowledge of local codes to join our team and assist our principal in delivering outstanding projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the principal in design development and project management
- Lead project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring designs comply with local building codes and authority requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve design and technical issues
- Review and guide junior designers work to maintain quality and accuracy
- Prepare drawings, presentations, and submission documents for regulatory approval
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet standards
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's local codes, regulations, and submission processes (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, NEA, Nparks, etc.)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
- Strong design, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support the principal effectively
