Senior Architectural Designer (Open to Fresh Graduates)
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for new builds and/or alterations.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design outcomes.
- Understand client briefs, develop feasibility studies, and produce design proposals.
- Generate design concepts that respond to client needs, building usage, and environmental considerations.
- Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Compile project specifications and coordinate submissions where required.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and prepare reports.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Travel as required for project needs.
- Support the team with any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree/Master's in Architecture or related field.
- For senior applicants: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with the ability to handle projects independently.
- Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- A team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
