Role Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for the role of Architectural Associate, focusing on Project Development and Project Management. This position is ideal for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in the Architecture industry, eager to expand their expertise and take on leading roles and assist Principal in decision making. The candidate shall have experience in design, project management and local authority code compliances.

Responsibilities:

• Leading role in Architectural design from design development, construction documentation to project construction and completion to TOP and CSC.
• Manage projects on site and their submission status to local authorities.
• Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team of designers to coordinate the project.
• Engage with clients, contractors and specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Architecture.
• Well versed in AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max / Vray, Photoshop and other design software.
• Creative with good design sense, problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and management of Contractor and Specialist.
• Able to multi-task with good time and design management skills.
• Demonstrated track record in managing and successfully delivering built projects.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Architecture working experience.
