SENIOR / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

. Prepare conceptual design and schematic drawings based on the client requirement.

. Technical leadership on architectural design matters.

. Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings and as built drawings.

. Prepare ALL Authority submission drawings according to QP requirement.

. Liaise with the sub-contractors and Prepare consolidated drawings.

. Prepare construction detail drawings whenever necessary

. Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant Authority codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

. Supervise Architectural works and ensure all the works are carried out in compliance with Singapore codes and regulations.

. Prepare presentations to clients, Liaise, Coordinate and Review all the design matters with the Clients and Contractors.

. Manage and Control the project overall according to the project schedule

. Liaise and coordinate with the Engineers to make sure that the project meets the necessary standards

. Attending meetings with the clients and contractors

. Able to do Site visits when required and require overall project Management

Requirements:

. Require Degree in Architecture

. Experience with minimum 8 years

. Basic understanding of structural schematic design

. Experience in Fire protection designing is an advantage

. Proficient in AUTOCAD, Basics / Advance in BIM (Revit) and Proficient in Microsoft Applications

. Hands-on who is positive, proactive and able to organise work effectively
