Senior Architectural Designer cum Coordinator

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

. To prepare conceptual designs and schematic drawings based on client requirements.

. To provide technical leadership on architectural design matters.

. To liaise with engineers to ensure the project meets necessary standards.

. To prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings as required.

. To prepare all Authority submission drawings in compliance with QP requirements.

. To ensure designs adhere to relevant Authority codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

. To prepare construction detail drawings as needed.

. To prepare consolidated drawings through liaison with subcontractors.

. To create presentations for clients and coordinate review of design matters with clients and contractors.

. To manage and control the project overall in alignment with the project schedule.

. To attend meetings with clients and contractors.

. To ensure all architectural works comply with Singapore codes and regulations.

. To conduct site visits when required to support overall project management.

. To coordinate and review design matters with clients and contractors to ensure alignment and quality.

Job Requirements:

. Minimum Degree in Architecture

. Experience with minimum 10 years

. Proficient in AUTOCAD, Basics / Advance in BIM (Revit)

. Proficient in Microsoft Applications
