Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in design development and preparation of drawings for architectural projects
- Prepare submission drawings in compliance with URA, BCA, NEA, SCDF, NEA, PUB and LTA ect. and other relevant authorities requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant parties
- Support project team in documentation, detailing, and presentation materials
- Carry out other tasks as assigned to support project delivery
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Familiarity with Singapore's local submission process (URA, BCA, FSSD, PUB, etc.) is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite Revit knowledge will be an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team
