Job Summary
The Architectural Designer will support project teams in developing and documenting architectural projects from concept through construction, integrating design visualization with technical and regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop schematic designs by conceptualizing architectural ideas to meet project goals
- Collaborate with Architects to refine and finalize design details throughout all project stages
- Coordinate with the in-house 3D team to produce 3D visualizations for internal reviews and client presentations
- Integrate technical information and statutory requirements into detailed design and production drawings
- Prepare comprehensive drawings for planning approval, building control, tender, and construction documentation
- Communicate clearly and coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors on design, documentation, and site-related issues
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong organizational skills and working both independently and collaboratively
Required competencies and certifications
- Recognized Degree in Architecture by the Singapore Board of Architects or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural work experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Other Information
Salary Range:
- S$5500 to S$6500 monthly, based on experience and qualifications
