Senior Architectural Coordinator (Large scale building projects)

Our client is a reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments. With a growing pipeline of projects, they are looking to bring on board Senior / Architectural Coordinators, offering opportunities in both site-based and design-focused roles across various building developments in Singapore.

What you will do

• Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
• Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
• Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
• Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

What you will need

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of architectural site coordination experience with building projects
• Possess experience in working for A1 main contractors
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior Architectural Coordinator to Architectural Manager positions
