Senior Architectural Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend daily meeting, toolbox and taiso exercise, participate actively in all safety and housekeeping works.

• Attend consultant and technical meetings at clients or consultants office.

• Attend WSHC meeting.

• Take off quantity for Architectural related works- assist Site QS to check.

• Site inspection with RTO/RE.

• Site Safety inspection and keep daily record of all activities on sites.

• Co-ordinate drawings and samples submission with consultant, architect, sub-contractor and supplier.

• Check and co-ordinate shop drawings.

• Knowledge in BIM & AutoCAD.

• Communicate and coordinate with Building Management during AEI works.

• Prepare minutes of meeting agenda.

• Submit daily and safety report.

• Submit and gather records for all RFI, RFM, RFA to Architect and ID.

• Coordination with internal authority submissions and inspections (i.e.Coretrade, Conquas, Constructibilty, etc).
