Senior Architectural Coordinator

Job Description:

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions

• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues

• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings

• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works

• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site

• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architect or equivalent

• Min 10 years working experience in Architectural and Interior Design coordination relevant architectural field in the A1 main construction company in supervision of architectural works for large scale projects

• Preferably experience in Hospital project or Condominium project

• The Project Coordinator (Architecture) shall ensure all architectural works including interior design works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications including interface details with Interfacing Contractors as per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
