Senior Architectural Coordinator / Architectural Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and track shop drawing and material submission timelines

• Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and suggest design enhancements

• Develop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

• Coordinate closely with the BIM team on drawing production

• Prepare and submit shop drawings for approval

• Lead technical discussions with consultants and project teams regarding drawing matters

• Evaluate and approve materials and finishes for submission

• Carry out on-site design verification

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in BIM and Revit

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Knowledge of SIA contract framework is an advantage
