BIM Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support BIM management activities and develop the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• Attend BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants

• Review clash detection reports and presentations

• Coordinate and deliver as-built BIM models upon project completion

• Work closely with architectural, structural, and M&E teams to develop coordinated BIM drawings

• Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure consistent document access for both office and site teams

• Enforce the use of BIM models for generating shop drawings by both main contractors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment between 2D and 3D drawings

• Develop templates for Asset Information Models (AIM) to support facility management and future tender requirements

• Provide BIM support during tender preparation when required

• Participate in technical meetings as needed
