Our client is a well-established A1 main contractor with a proven portfolio spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects. Due to an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking to hire Senior / Architectural Coordinators, with opportunities available in both site-based and design-oriented roles across a range of building developments in Singapore.
What you will do
- Coordinate and manage architectural works onsite, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules
- Liaise closely with architects, consultants,subcontractors, and authorities on design and technical mattersw
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings,and material submissions to ensure accuracy and buildability
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies,technical issues, and coordination clashes with structural and M&E teams
- Monitor site progress and quality ofarchitectural finishes, ensuring works are carried out to required standards
- Support planning and sequencing of works to meetproject timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, andregulatory requirements
- Assist in inspections, testing, and handoverprocesses
What you will need
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of architectural sitecoordination experience with building projects
- Possess experience in working for A1 maincontractors
- Candidates with more experience can beconsidered for the Senior Architectural Coordinator to Architectural Manager positions
