We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to project completion. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design
- Carry out design development of projects, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with, and incorporate inputs from, Engineers and Specialists.
- Develop tender drawings and specification.
- Assist Team Lead with tender process and contract administration.
- Conducting periodic on-site construction supervision to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Assisting the management in business development and preparing feasibility studies.
Requirements:
- Master of Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in design and drafting softwares, including Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence for architectural application is a plus.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Willing and able to travel for overseas projects.
Compensation:
SGD 5,000 - 6,500 / month (commensurate with experience), plus Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
1 WFH day per week (after probation).
