Senior Architect
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement mainframe migration strategies leveraging AWS Blu Age
- Assess existing mainframe environments and create migration roadmaps
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless migration
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of AWS-based solutions
- Provide guidance on best practices for modernizing legacy systems
Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT architecture with at least 3 years in mainframe migration projects
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of mainframe applications and modernization techniques
- Expertise in AWS services, especially Blu Age, Lambda, and EC2
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerization
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional (preferred)
