About the role
Shape projects from the very first line
This is a full-time Senior Architect / Associate position based in Singapore, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will work directly alongside our Founding Director - with real autonomy, real responsibility, and real creative input from day one.
You will lead projects across our residential and mixed-use portfolio, manage client relationships, mentor a focused team, and play a foundational role in defining how this practice operates and grows.
Design & Delivery
- Collaborate with the Founding Director to conceptualize and develop designs from project inception - before a single line is drawn
- Lead design development and execution across landed residential and mixed-use projects
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, specifications, and contract drawings
- Administer contracts under SIA and PSSCOC frameworks
- Oversee construction stage delivery, site inspections, and quality compliance
- Champion BIM workflows and innovative software integration across the team
Projects & People
- Manage authority submissions end-to-end, including under the RABW framework
- Drive project timelines, stakeholder coordination, and quality delivery
- Build and manage meaningful client relationships with professionalism
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior architects and designers
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government agencies across project stages
- Contribute to the practice's business development and growth over time

What we're looking for
Technically strong. Design-driven. Ready to own it.
We are looking for an architect who combines rigorous technical ability with genuine design passion - someone who understands that great architecture lives in the details and holds themselves to that standard every day.
- Minimum 5 years in architectural design, project management & contract administration in Singapore
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from a recognised institution
- Demonstrated expertise in all stages of the architectural process, from concept design to project delivery Demonstrated experience in landed residential (bungalows, semi-detached, terraces) and/or mixed-use developments in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, URA/BCA regulations, authority submissions, and the new RABW framework
- Proficiency in using industry-standard design and documentation software, such as AutoCAD / Revit, BIM workflows, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape / D5
- Proven ability to lead project teams, manage consultants and contractors, and mentor junior staff
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
