Architect and Automated solutions using integration patterns.
Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
Drive revenue growth in line with quarterly and annual sales targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their workforce needs and designing tailored resource augmentation solutions.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships with client organizations.
Develop project budgets and create proposals
Strong network within enterprise clients, especially in IT, BFSI, and technology-driven sectors.
Experience in APAC markets, with knowledge of policies and outsourcing regulations.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in technical leadership across enterprise-scale Automatopm project Plan.
Strong knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Automation platforms
Minimum 15+ years experience in solution leading and mentoring high-performing Automation global teams.
Travel approximately 75% of the time to engage with clients
