Role Description

We are currently seeking Senior Architects to join us for full-time employment in our Singapore Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from preliminary concept stage to completion. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing innovative designs aligned with project objectives and client expectations. You are expected to be conversant with all stages of a project and possess the relevant experiences required. This is a Project leader position whereby you will work closely with the Director in charge. Prior experience in mission critical facilities, industrial, laboratory and cleanroom projects is a plus. We are seeking team players to join us, lead existing project teams and to grow with us. This is a an excellent opportunity for experienced architects to get exposure on large scale projects and potentially be placed on a management track within our firm.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Minimum relevant experience of 8 to 12 years onwards
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it applies to architectural tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Revit design software and technology relevant to the architecture industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
• Degree in Architecture or related field, with relevant professional certifications being an advantage.
• Previous experience in handling diverse projects across varying scales is a plus.
• Strong Team oriented architects for coordination work across project teams internally and externally.
