Senior Architect

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on project experience in Singapore who enjoys seeing a project through.

Requirements:

• Registration with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
• Minimum eight years of architectural experience (preferably healthcare project) in Singapore
• Strong working knowledge of project implementation, with hands-on experience in site supervision, contract administration, and consultant coordination
• Familiar with the day-to-day demands of construction-stage project management, including contractor liaison, site issue resolution, and documentation
• Proactive and dependable, with a practical mindset and good communication skills
• Works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• GMAP/Enhanced GMAAP, ISO9001 & ISO14001 qualifications will be advantageous
