Manage end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ensuring smooth onboarding, support, and decommissioning of applications
Coordinate production support activities, ensuring system stability, SLA adherence, and timely issue resolution
Drive release and change governance processes, ensuring proper approvals, planning, and execution
Oversee incident and problem management, including tracking, escalation, and resolution coordination
Manage IT financial operations (FinOps) including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost optimization
Lead cloud cost planning and budget governance, ensuring efficient utilization of cloud resources
Support workforce capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization tracking across teams
Govern vendor and managed services, including contract lifecycle, performance tracking, and engagement management
Manage IT assets and environment readiness, ensuring availability and compliance
Oversee access provisioning and identity governance, ensuring security and compliance standards are met
Provide Agile PMO support, including sprint coordination, backlog tracking, and delivery governance
Maintain application portfolio reporting, including performance, utilization, and cost insights
Drive technology procurement and contract governance, including PO tracking and invoice validation
Prepare PMO reports and RAG status tracking for leadership and stakeholders
Support IT asset provisioning and environment setup for project and operational needs
Contribute to application deployment support and release readiness activities
Maintain and manage knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Confluence
Ensure project tracking and governance reporting across multiple initiatives
Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery alignment and operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management, Production Support, and project/contract financial governance frameworks.
At least 5 years experience in IT Financial Management (FinOps) and cloud cost optimization
At least 5 years hands-on experience in PMO support, project tracking and reporting, managing vendor contracts, procurement processes, and managed services.
Must be able to provide 24 x7 standby support, including weekend and PH on-call support.
Strong experience in IT asset management, environment provisioning, and deployment support
Experience in IT security, access management, and identity governance practices
Experience in cloud platforms and enterprise application environments
Experience in knowledge management tools such as SharePoint and Confluence
Experience in Jira and Kanban boards for Agile delivery tracking
Hands-on experience in financial systems such as Hyperion and PSGL
Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting and analysis
Experience in Windows-based enterprise environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
