We are looking for a Senior Application Support in the Financial Services Payments domain, along with SG FAST/Paynow platform exposure.
Requirement:
- 6+ years of working experience in application support in the Financial Services Payments domain, along with SG FAST/Paynow platform exposure.
- Solid experience in Level 2 production support, incident management, certificate/keys renewals, DR exercises/switching, application deployment, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and bug fixing
- Experience in handling & troubleshooting applications in Java stack applications on-prem/cloud environments, with various tools
- Good experience in PL/SQL, PostgreSQL or MariaDB/Oracle, and WebSphere/Weblogic/JBoss App Server
- Familiar with front-end technologies and able to troubleshoot, e.g., JQuery, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, etc.
- Health Check of applications regularly, keep track of incidents, defects, and changes via ticketing tools like JIRA
- Expertise in Windows and Unix-based environments
- Monitoring infra/application-related alerts and acting as per SOP/SLA
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams/external parties for incidents and operational activities
- Able to provide 24 x 7 operational support during releases/patches/upgrades, etc.
- Should possess good oral and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic environment
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
