Senior Application Engineer (Signal monitoring)

Responsibilities

This is a customer-facing technical advisory role covering both presales and post-sales support. The specialist will help customers understand and implement solutions involving signal monitoring, 5G and communications systems, while continuing to support them after deployment. We're looking for someone with strong system-level experience in:

• Signal identification and monitoring
• Signal processing
• Transmitters and receivers
• Antennas and direction finding
• Critical communications or two-way radio systems

The role is approximately 70% application support and 30% account management, covering presales consultation, post-sales support and identifying new customer opportunities.

Requirements

• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with complete signal-monitoring systems
• Strong customer-facing and technical advisory skills
• Willing to travel across APAC
• From equipment vendors or solution providers who have personally designed, configured, tested or supported these systems.
