Senior/ Application Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide technical training and support on products to customers and subsidiaries.
• Develop and update training materials, technical notes, and application guides.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Establish best practices and recommend product improvements.
• Support sales teams with product demonstrations, technical advice, and customer negotiations.
• Perform product commissioning, testing, and demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or related Engineering.
• Experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is advantageous.
• Proficient in C/C++ and C#, with knowledge of MATLAB or Python.
• Good understanding of control systems and regulation theory.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel across Asia and attend training in Switzerland (up to 20%).
