Provide expert support and enhancement for Murex Front Office (FO) modules, including Trade Lifecycle, eTradepad, Product Control, Pricing, Simulation, PnL Analysis, and PLVAR.
Manage Murex Limit Control (MLC) and Market Risk functionalities - including risk limits, P&L vectors, and stress scenario configuration and validation.
Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from business requirements gathering, design, testing, and UAT, through to production deployment and support.
Provide Level 2/3 support for trading desks and ensure minimal downtime for production systems.
Support a wide range of financial products including Interest Rate (IR) and Credit (CR) Derivatives, TRS, Equities, Fixed Income, and FX products.
Develop and maintain interfaces and data integrations with external systems such as Bloomberg, FIX connectivity, MarkitWire, and real-time market data feeds (RTBS, MDCS, Market Data Interface Tools).
Ensure smooth operation of post-trade processes including settlements, collateral management, and trade confirmations.
Perform SQL-based analysis and ensure data accuracy and performance tuning in database environments.
Collaborate with traders, business analysts, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement new functionalities, and optimize Murex workflows.
Follow ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
12+ years of experience in Murex application support and development.
Proven expertise in Murex FO, MLC, and Market Risk modules.
Strong knowledge of financial products across multiple asset classes.
Excellent understanding of MxML Exchange, event-driven systems, and real-time data management.
Proficient in SQL and database management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with trading and risk teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to incident management.
Experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
