Key Responsibilities
Conduct requirements analysis, functional assessment, and gap-fit evaluation in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Configure, customize, and enhance application modules in alignment with business processes, standards, and documentation requirements.
Support end-to-end application implementation including design, integration, testing, deployment, and user acceptance.
Provide technical and functional support for applications, resolving incidents, addressing user queries, and implementing corrective actions.
Develop functional specifications, solution design documents, configuration guides, and knowledge artifacts.
Participate in system integration activities, data migration, and validation to ensure data accuracy and application interoperability.
Assist in change management activities including impact assessment, training, and user onboarding.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to ensure application performance, availability, and compliance.
Manage vendor coordination for issue resolution, enhancement requests, service-level compliance, and patch/upgrades.
Conduct continuous improvement analysis to optimize processes, enhance usability, and introduce application upgrades or automation.
Support internal audits, compliance checks, and project reporting for application-related deliverables.
Technical Competencies
Strong understanding of enterprise application platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or industry-specific systems).
Working knowledge of application configuration, integration (API/ETL), and data models.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation standards.
Exposure to cloud-based SaaS/PaaS applications and environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
Basic understanding of testing methodologies (functional, integration, UAT) and defect management.
Knowledge of SQL queries, reporting tools, or analytics platforms is advantageous.
Understanding of security, permissions, and compliance considerations in enterprise applications.

Experience Requirements
8 years of relevant experience in application consulting, business application support, or enterprise solution delivery.
Experience with SaaS applications, cloud environments, or digital transformation programs is preferred.
