Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support applications across Corporate Services, IT Security, HR, and other domains
- Provide L1/L2 support, managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution across a broad application portfolio
- Act as a key point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with project, infrastructure, and production teams to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and drive reporting on escalations and ticket status
- Perform daily health checks to ensure system readiness and stability before business operations
- Support team effectiveness by coaching peers and participating in shift rotations, including after-hours and on-call coverage
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in application support or development
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid technical foundation in application servers, IT production environments, and deployment pipelines
- Proficiency in database scripting and programming/scripting languages
- Experience in Corporate IT, IT Security, or related domains, with strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ITIL certification preferred, with added advantage in cybersecurity certification, and a proactive, adaptable, team-oriented mindset
