Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking for an experienced S4 Service Management designer who is able to demonstrate competence on manufacturing industry solution and a business acumen on the service, sales and logistics processes to join the business-IT S4 HANA Projects and Service Delivery Team (SDT).

Location for this role is in Singapore

What you will do

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

  • You are expected to work in the global team within the S4 HANA projects and services within one of Tetra Pak's core business units.
  • You are expected to drive and work with the business stakeholders to gather, understand, document and provide solutions to address the business requirements.
  • You are expected to design, test and deliver a good quality end to end solutions and support to the end users.
  • Our SAP skilled resources are in various locations: Lund, Sweden, Singapore and Chakan, India.
  • As this is a global team, the individual must have some flexibility for meetings / phone calls outside normal business hours.

Main roles -
a) Designer as Project team member
b) Service team member and or
c) Other roles as needed by the organization e.g. Continuous Improvement gaps, project pre-study preparation, etc

We believe you have

  • University Degree of Diploma from engineering, or computer science.
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant good experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects for SAP Dangerous goods management as Primary skill
  • Hands-on experience in designing and configuring SAP Product Compliance for Dangerous Good Movement including Master Data Preparation
  • Manage Transport Regulations
  • Define and Manage DG check scenarios
  • DG Management reporting
  • Knowledge on other modules within SAP such as SD & MM and other related features such as transport management will be good to have.
  • With secondary skill on Sales & Distribution and Material Management.
  • Exposure with Discrete Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering industries
  • Understand the business needs of Export Compliance
  • Good understanding of integration of SD modules with other related modules such as FI/CO, PS or SM.
  • Basic Knowledge or Training in MRP, Variant Configuration, Engineering Change Management and Product Modelling on ETO environment is a plus.
  • Good knowledge on data migration and conversion in S4 Hana projects would be a plus
  • Experienced in working in an Agile and dynamic global environment.
  • Focused and analytical person who always takes accountability / responsibility for your assigned tasks.

  • A team player who is also able to work independently on problems & issues with minimal supervision
  • Result-oriented and strong work ethic & integrity
  • Have good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences. Able to interact well in a global / virtual team - requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world.
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (English)
