Perform system analysis, solution architecture assessment, and end-to-end design for enterprise systems, with a focus on SAP and other core financial applications
Drive enterprise-level consulting on solution design, business process harmonization, and system integrations across financial and non-financial applications
Manage and deliver day-to-day operational support for SAP and non-SAP financial applications.
Support related functions (e.g. PMO, custom development teams) in system integrations with financial applications.
Lead and deliver regional or global projects, as well as ad-hoc process improvement initiatives when required.
Engage and manage requirements and expectations from multiple stakeholders, including business users and external vendors.
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for teams within the Wilmar Group.
Ensure adherence to IT governance, controls, and documentation standards across projects and support workstreams.
Assist in IT audits for SAP and non-SAP financial applications and ensure change transports and business processes are aligned across the Wilmar Group landscape.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
Minimum 5-10 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 4 full end-to-end ERP implementation cycles.
Strong functional knowledge in SAP FI and CO, with added advantage in: CO - Product Costing / Material Ledger, CO - Profitability Analysis, (CO-PA) Investment Management (IM/PS)
Experience with New GL and preferably SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape.
Prior exposure to Trading / Palm Oil / Commodities industries will be an advantage.
Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel as required for regional or global projects.
Good communication, stakeholder management skills, and a positive working attitude.
