Senior /Analyst, Investment

Responsibilities

1. Lead Market & Investment Intelligence

. Drive indepth market research across the selfstorage and broader real estate sector, maintaining strong insight into competitive dynamics, regulatory trends, rental benchmarks, and transaction comparables.

2. Develop Proprietary Research & Financial Models

. Build and maintain analytical databases and financial models, translating data into actionable insights that inform investment decisions, feasibility studies, and seniormanagement reporting.

3. Evaluate Real Estate Investment Opportunities

. Assess acquisition, platform, and portfolio opportunities across regional markets (e.g., Singapore, Australia, Malaysia), supported by robust underwriting, duediligence coordination, and strategic analysis.

4. Execute EndtoEnd Transactions

. Support execution of investment and divestment deals, including preparation of investment committee/board materials, tax structuring inputs, deal management, and collaboration with internal crossfunctional teams and external partners.

5. Support Strategic & AdHoc Initiatives

. Deliver analytical support for special projects, investor pitch decks, and regular management reporting to strengthen portfolio performance and investment strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity/funds, financial institutions, or
established real estate platforms (for Senior Analyst).

. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, able to independently build complex models and convert data
into clear, actionable insights and visuals.

. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage internal teams, external consultants, investors, and
business partners effectively.

. Highly adaptable and selfdriven, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while collaborating
across functions experience executing real estate acquisitions in Australia is a strong plus.
