Job Description

The Role

The real estate private equity firm is hiring a Senior Analyst within its Fund Management & Capital team, based in Singapore. The role reports to the Senior Director, Fund Management & Capital. The stated salary range is SGD 6,000–8,000. The position is on-site and full-time.

The role covers the full fundraising cycle, from initial marketing through to final documentation, and includes investor relations activities and investor communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead responses to investor RFPs, RFIs, and questions in collaboration with business and support teams, including identifying potential concerns or challenges.
  • Prepare standard DDQ documents, including INREV and other formats, for fundraises.
  • Work with external stakeholders to develop investor presentations.
  • Support drafting of fund documentation including term sheets, LPAs, and subscription agreements.
  • Organize and attend real estate and property tours; follow relevant conferences and events.
  • Represent the investor relations function in commercial meetings and day-to-day investor exchanges.
  • Respond to investor queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare marketing materials including presentations, factsheets, videos, and asset photo-shoots.
  • Maintain and create investor and fundraising records including meeting notes, fundraise pipelines, and data rooms via the firm's CRM system.
  • Coordinate and create internal approval materials such as Investment Committee memos for new fundraises and fund establishment.
  • Coordinate with corporate communications, investor relations, and compliance to ensure accurate information is shared in investor communications.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Economics.
  • For Senior Analyst level: 3–5 years of relevant experience within a placement agent, real estate investment manager, investment bank, or private equity fund with an investor relations focus.
  • Practical experience covering the full fundraising process, from initial marketing through to final documentation.
  • Real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is an advantage but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
