We have a current opportunity for a Senior Analyst/Associate - Investments with a digital infrastructure firm based in Singapore.
Job Description
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and presentation to the firm's Investment Committee members across target markets.
- Support in investor relations preparation and follow ups through crafting of presentations and any other ad-hoc investor requests.
- Participate in deal structuring and negotiations, working closely with senior members of the team.
- Build and maintain robust financial models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience investment banking, private equity, mergers & acquisitions or leveraged finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and compiling presentations
- Familiarity with infrastructure, energy, or data centre sectors is a plus
