The Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (AM) drives data-informed marketing strategies, optimizes campaigns, and provides actionable insights to enhance performance across all digital channels. This role combines analytical expertise, marketing knowledge, and strategic thinking to ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, email, SEM, SEO, and display advertising.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to track key metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to recommend strategies for growth and engagement.
- Optimize digital campaigns using insights from A/B testing, analytics, and audience segmentation.
- Manage and maintain marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Support paid media strategy and provide recommendations for budget allocation and channel optimization.
- Assist in digital marketing strategy planning and contribute to the overall marketing roadmap.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Oversee clearance of marketing collaterals from representatives and liaise with internal departments for approvals.
- Perform any other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or digital campaign management.
- Familiarity with Canva, Sendy, and other marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of financial services marketing is a plus.
