Senior Analyst, Asset Management

You will play a vital role in supporting the Asset Management Directors in analysing and optimizing the performance of the hotels under Aman's portfolio. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial analysis, designing visual analytics, creating business review presentations, participating in asset management reviews, and collaborating with hotel General Managers and their operating teams to drive performance improvement. Additionally, you will be involved in various ad hoc projects related to asset management, finance, and investments, contributing to the overall success of Aman's hotel operations.

.Analyse hotel revenue, marketing strategies, pace, and forecasts to identify growth opportunities.

.Conduct competitive and market research to inform revenue-enhancement strategies.

.Review and assess hotel P&L forecasts and statements to ensure accuracy and cost-optimisation opportunities.

.Evaluate revenue, cost structures, and profit margins to highlight performance improvement areas.

.Present financial findings and recommendations to Asset Management Directors.

.Build visual analytics dashboards in Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

.Prepare business review presentations for individual hotels and the overall portfolio.

.Present reports to senior management and investors where required.

.Support asset management reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional communication with hotel teams.

.Conduct ROI analysis for capital projects and support ad hoc financial, asset management, and investment initiatives.
