Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, APAC Strategy & Commercial Excellence, this role will be part of Teleflex APAC Strategy & Commercial Excellence function. This role is integral in providing analytics, insights, and project management support for the APAC regional strategy and marketing teams. This role may also be tasked with coordinating APAC regional leadership / business unit / functional teams, on an as-needed basis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)the following:

. Serve as a data analytics expert to support across business units and for specific projects, through synthesizing & analyzing multiple data sources and providing actionable insights.

. Manage APAC market models using internal and external data sources to determine market size and share, map out key opportunities, and track business performance.

. Lead the development & maintenance of sales dashboards generate and deliver monthly reports including commercial analytics and insights

. Develop and implement APAC pricing database &framework to monitor pricing trends, create pricing models with scenario simulation, and provide insights to inform pricing strategies.

. Conduct market research for effective strategy development, based on industry insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, policy developments, customer behaviors, portfolio analysis, etc.

. Support APAC region's strategic planning preparation and Go-To-Market strategies development.

. Provide ad-hoc analysis, reports and project management support according to business needs.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS / INTERFACE:

. APAC regional strategy and marketing teams

. APAC regional leadership, business units, and functional teams on an as‑needed basis.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sciences ,Engineering or a related field.

. 3-5 years experience in strategic planning, consulting or market intelligence within a medical device or pharmaceutical MNC or a healthcare consulting / market research firm.

. Proficient analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets using a structured approach to problem solving and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative information.

. Must have proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Expertise in other data analysis and visualization tools is advantageous.

. Exceptional communication, analytical andmulti-tasking skills, along with great attention to detail.
