Job Description

Job Profile Summary

This role is an integral part of the Group Investments team whose primary focus is to pursue investment opportunities in both development projects and recurring income assets predominantly in Singapore. The incumbent will play a key role in evaluation investments across residential and commercial asset classes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate potential development and investment opportunities within the Residential and Commercial asset sectors.
  • Conduct detailed financial feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses and market assessments to assess investment viability.
  • Prepare market study reports and memoranda for internal presentation and management approval.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, pricing movements, and competitive developments in the Singapore real estate market.
  • Prepare market updates, benchmarking reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain an active database of transactions, partnerships and investment leads.
  • Support the corporate reporting process, including preparation of investment updates and portfolio summaries
  • Conduct and review valuation for existing investments and development projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, portfolio management or valuation.
  • Familiarity with Singapore property markets, valuation standards and investment performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
