Project & Enhancement Delivery: Actively involved in implementing strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements, including planning, monitoring, and resource coordination.
Process & Requirements Analysis: Lead discussions to understand current processes, design future workflows, and ensure business requirements are comprehensive and forward-looking.
Solution Evaluation & Recommendation: Collaborate with IT to assess high-level solutions and recommend the most suitable options to stakeholders.
Testing & Validation: Translate requirements into UAT scenarios, conduct/review testing, and manage UAT sign-off to ensure solution quality.
Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Prioritize changes, manage gaps, prepare training materials, and continuously seek improvements to stay relevant and effective.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in life insurance operations and systems.
Strong logical and analytical mindset, with experience in workflow implementation and insight generation familiarity with AI platforms like KeyReply or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, work under pressure with minimal guidance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
