We are seeking an experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP) Account Manager to support and grow our strategic MSP partnerships across the Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) region.
This is an overlay role, working in close partnership with local, in-country sales and account teams. The primary focus is to bring deep MSP expertise, enabling regional teams to successfully engage, develop, and scale managed service provider relationships.
The successful candidate will help drive partner success, revenue growth, and joint go-to-market initiatives, while supporting the development of cloud and sovereign service offerings. This role requires strong regional experience, cultural awareness, and the ability to influence without direct ownership of all partner relationships.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Act as the MSP subject matter expert across APJ, supporting in-country teams in engaging and developing MSP partnerships
- Work in partnership with regional sales and account teams to drive MSP-led opportunities and revenue growth
- Support the development and execution of joint business plans with strategic MSPs
- Help identify, prioritize, and develop MSP partnerships in key APJ markets
- Enable local teams and partners on MSP business models, value propositions, and service development
- Support MSPs in building and scaling managed service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, marketing, product) to align partner activities with company objectives
- Provide guidance and support on complex MSP engagements, including commercial structuring and positioning
- Track and contribute to regional MSP pipeline and performance metrics
- Facilitate alignment between MSP partners, local teams, and global stakeholders
- Travel across APJ to support strategic partner engagement and regional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

- Proven experience working with MSPs, either in partner/account management or within an MSP organisation
- Strong understanding of managed services, cloud ecosystems, and partner-led business models
- Experience operating in a matrixed or overlay role, influencing without direct ownership
- Experience working across APJ markets, with strong cultural and commercial awareness
- Demonstrated ability to support revenue growth through indirect channels
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in collaborating with in-country teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate independently across multiple time zones
