We're looking for an experienced Airfreight Customer Service Executive ready to take the next step into a
Sales Operations (SOE) role.
Role:
- Be the main point of contact for key airfreight customers
- Handle RFQs, quotations, and pricing strategies
- Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to secure best rates
- Follow up on quotes and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Provide market insights (rates, capacity, trends)
- Work closely with Sales, Operations & Warehouse teams
- Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively
- Mentor junior staff when required
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in airfreight / freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of pricing, operations & airline coordination
- Experience handling quotations and customer accounts
