As an Senior Air Conditioning Technician/ Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in daily air-conditioning and HVAC works
- Install, maintain, service, and repair various air-conditioning systems including split units, window units, cassette units,FCU, AHU, VRV/VRF systems (where applicable)
- Review drawings and blueprints, carry out system installation, commissioning, testing, and performance checks
- Perform routine preventive maintenance andcorrective works to ensure systems operate efficiently
- Carry out servicing works such as cleaning filters, chemical washing, overhauls, and system tuning
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, including compressors, fan coil motors, controls, andrelated components
- Attend to breakdowns, emergency repairs, and urgent service requests
- Plan job assignments, monitor work progress, and ensure quality workmanship
- Guide, train, and provide technical support to junior technicians
- Maintain tools, manage basic inventory, and assist with ordering of spare parts and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, service standards, work instructions, and clients requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate service records and reports for client endorsement upon completion of works
- Liaise with supervisors, management, and clients when required
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Air conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
