Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas of friction across investment and operational workflows and drive improvements
- Apply AI and digital tools to simplify processes, reduce repetitive manual work, and improve decision-making
- Lead initiatives from idea through to implementation, ensuring solutions are embedded into daily workflows
- Work across investment, data, technology, and operational teams to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Drive adoption of tools and processes, ensuring sustained usage and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate
- 1015+ years of experience across consulting, technology, or in-house roles with exposure to digital, data, or AI-led work
- Strong understanding of AI, data, and modern technology with the ability to apply it in real business contexts
- Demonstrated experience implementing solutions end-to-end, not just designing or advising
- Proven ability to work across business and technology teams and drive initiatives from idea to adoption
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation) with a strong curiosity to experiment and learn
- Experience working across both front-office and operational teams is preferred
