Senior AI Engineer

We are hiring for an AI Engineer role with a fast-growing, New York–based fintech company that is transforming how hedge funds and asset managers analyze portfolio risk, measure performance, and generate investment insights using advanced data models and proprietary financial datasets.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inference (TTFT, streaming, KV cache, context management, model routing).
• Build parallel multi-agent workflows with Temporal.
• Ensure reliable, structured outputs and tool calling.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, latency benchmarks, and adversarial tests.
• Improve model serving, async execution, and observability.

Ideal Candidate

• Production experience with inference optimization and multi-agent systems.
• Built eval frameworks and handled LLM non-determinism.
• Experience with streaming LLMs and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Bonus: Fine-tuning, LangChain/LlamaIndex, or ML research.

Requirement:

• 3-12 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AI development.
• B.Tech from Tier 1 college with 7+ CGPA
• Hands on experience with Python or Java or Go
