What You'll Do
- Design prompts and workflows that make AI smarter, safer, and more reliable.
- Develop services and APIs in Python that connect AI with data and enterprise systems.
- Build user-friendly dashboards and chat interfaces that make AI simple and engaging.
- Ensure solutions are fast, secure, and built to handle real-world enterprise needs.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Continuously refine approaches, share best practices, and help evolve AsiaPac's AI capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years experience in software or AI-focused engineering roles.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with modern frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
- Experience in React.js/Next.js (or similar) for building smooth, responsive user interfaces.
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and APIs.
- Exposure to AI/LLM integration (prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys exploring new tech and building products that make an impact.
