Principal AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI delivery, moving beyond proofs-of-concept to operational, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Build knowledge management systems leveraging Gen AI over the next 6-12 months.
• Partner with external solution providers while developing in-house AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise workflows and infrastructure.
• Define and implement technical standards, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to support scalable AI deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate IT, Data Governance, data science, software, and platform engineering teams, as well as external vendors.
• Mentor and guide teams to raise the standard of AI engineering across the organization.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven AI/ML engineering experience, typically at Staff-level or above.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end AI solution delivery not limited to POCs.
• Strong experience integrating AI into enterprise systems, ensuring real-world adoption and scalability.
• Hands-on with AI/Gen AI strategy and implementation.
• Comfortable operating in early-stage/greenfield environments, where infrastructure and cloud pipelines are maturing.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions.
