Senior AI/Chatbot Developer

Summary:

This role requires deep technical knowledge of AI frameworks, particularly in Python and .NET, and the ability to design and deploy low-code chatbots and intelligent applications

Responsibilities:

Deployment of the Chatbot / AI solution in preferred environment(s) or channel

Develop AI-powered chatbots using Azure AI/Copilot Studio

Design and define conversational flows, intents, and topics to provide seamless user interactions.

Collaborate with product teams to identify and integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, ensuring smooth and effective integration touchpoints.

Continuously optimize and refine conversational models and AI workflows based on performance data and user feedback

Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers) to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the development, deployment, or maintenance phases of the chatbot/AI solutions

Monitor and improve performance of deployed AI models, ensuring continuous learning and adaptability.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies, particularly in Azure AI, OpenAI, and low-code development platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI technologies and chatbot development

Proven expertise in working with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, OpenAI models, and other AI development frameworks

Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python and .NET for developing AI solutions.

Experience in building and deploying chatbots, defining intents, and creating conversational workflows in Copilot Studio and

Azure AI

Experience in low-code/no-code development approaches, specifically with Copilot Studio and Azure AI tools.

Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their integration with AI technologies.

Experience in data-driven development, including testing and optimization of AI systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework Composer, and Dialogflow.

Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for deploying AI applications.

Agile development experience with a focus on iterative delivery of AI-driven solutions.
