Youll help modernise and automate our controls frameworks, apply analytics and machine learning to improve how we govern data, cloud, and AI, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Job Description
- Bring a risk-aware mindset to all things Data, Cloud, and AI interpreting policies and frameworks and embedding them in solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimise AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, testing, and upgrades, with a focus on responsible and ethical AI.
- Modernise and automate governance controls by applying advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques.
- Partner with data engineers, software developers, and subject matter experts to integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and clearly communicate risks, benefits, and controls.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions following SDLC standards including data integration, application security, and scalable design.
- Stay current on developments in data science, machine learning, and AI continuously improving the way we work.
Requirements
- A Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling, and deep learning.
- Hands-on experience building and managing model pipelines for testing, training, and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Ability to handle complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Proven ability to evaluate models, apply responsible/ethical AI frameworks, and implement controls to manage AI risk.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills you can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of SDLC standards, data integration, application security, and scalable design principles.
