Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Architect / AI Practice Leader to define and lead the enterprise AI practice, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business value, are responsibly governed, and are widely adopted across the organization. This role owns AI strategy, architecture, monetization, governance, and adoption, acting as the principal authority and spokesperson for AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the AI vision, roadmap, operating model, and architectural standards to align AI initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary AI team to deliver high-quality AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities that align with strategic business priorities.
  • Manage AI business intake and monetization processes by assessing initiatives for commercial viability, risk, ethics, and strategic alignment.
  • Track and report on AI systems in development and production, measuring realized business value and impact.
  • Serve as Chief AI Architect overseeing AI technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready deployments.
  • Implement and maintain AI lifecycle governance, including performance monitoring and incident management to ensure system reliability and compliance.
  • Drive AI adoption by designing and delivering training, enablement programs, and change management initiatives that increase usage and proficiency across the organization.
  • Embed responsible AI principles such as transparency, auditability, and compliance into AI governance frameworks and enterprise standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and governance checkpoints to uphold AI quality and accountability.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and technology partners to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives and external market trends.
  • Represent the organization as an AI thought leader in external forums, communicating AI progress, value, and strategic direction across the enterprise.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Enterprise Systems domains.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT governance frameworks and practices.
  • Proven track record in building or scaling an AI Center of Excellence (CoE) or AI practice.
  • Contributions to the AI community through publications, patents, open-source projects, or recognized thought leadership.
