Your Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve a shared understanding of the business vision and project scope (e.g. elevator pitches, product-in-a-box, As-Is / To-Be journeys)
- Drive discovery through inception workshops and interviews to refine product strategy, vision and unique value proposition
- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate on requirements as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to help them achieve the product vision within timelines
- Championing and guiding others to adopt Agile and other best practices (e.g. INVEST principle, Vertical Slicing, etc.) to create high-quality meaningful solutions
- Drive discovery for product strategy, vision, unique value proposition, business case and goals by running inception workshops and interviews
- Create and manage requirement deliverables including epics, user stories, visual models, user flows and wireframes
- Manage the product backlog, including prioritisation, estimate facilitation, decomposition, dependency management
- Tracking and analysis of various performance metrics such as story points,
- velocity and burn-up/down charts to oversee project and team progress
- Support the delivery team with product testing and feedback, including the designing of acceptance scenarios and UAT facilitation with client stakeholders

The Qualifications To Be a Maverick
1. Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Agile software delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP or Lean)
- Solid knowledge of Agile practices of product design & requirements engineering including, but not limited to epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, INVEST principle, DEEP principle, vertical slicing
- Applied a customer-centric mindset and techniques (Personas, Value Proposition, CJM, User Journey)
- Strong problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience facilitating decision-making among multiple stakeholders
- Experience facilitating team meetings and ceremonies (e.g. scrum ceremonies like product backlog grooming, sprint planning and estimation, daily standups, showcases, retros, etc.)
- Knowledge of hands-on experience in visual modelling (BPMN, UML, Story mapping, mind-mapping)
- Experience with prototyping (wireframes, sketches & storyboarding)
2. Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, Axure XP, Visio, Sparx Enterprise Architect software or their equivalents
- Variety of project experience for various clients and industries
- Experience working with large distributed teams
- Exposure to other areas of the SDLC (e.g. Development, Testing, Deployment, etc.)
