Job Summary

Manage finance operations including accounts payable, GST submissions, cash flow projections, and FX transactions. Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate month-end stock reports and support financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable functions including bank letters of credit, trust receipts, and import financing transactions to ensure timely payments
Collaborate with multiple departments to collect and consolidate month-end stock closing reports for accurate financial records
Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
Supervise daily operations of the Finance Department to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy
Assist the Finance Manager by analyzing financial data to support decision-making and reporting
Prepare monthly cash flow projections to forecast liquidity and support financial planning
Manage foreign exchange transactions and liaise with banks to optimize currency dealings
Perform administrative duties to support finance operations and departmental needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in Business Finance or Accounting
Minimum 2 year of experience handling full set of accounts, internship experience is considered
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software applications
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to meet accounting deadlines
Skilled in multitasking to manage competing priorities efficiently
Well organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills
